Top-of-Dock Edge-of-Dock
Top-of-Dock EOD Leveler
The Top-of-Dock EOD by DLM is economical, allowing you to improve loading dock efficiency at a fraction of the cost of pit-mounted dock levelers. The Top-of-Dock is easy to install on virtually any existing dock and maintenance is reduced to simple, periodic lubrication and adjustment. Operation is easy with a simple hydraulic operation.

- Cold-rolled steel hinge pins for added strength and longer life
- Grease fittings throughout
- High-strength steel safety tread plate, 70,000 PSI yield
- Secondary gussets for added strength and extended life
- Heavy duty bumper blocks with 4"x12"x13" "Tuf-Cord"™ Bumpers
- Fully hydraulic lip & deck cylinders

Wide Range of Bumper Options
Optional 18" tall steel faced or laminated bumpers available. Optional sliding bumpers that rise as the truck is being loaded and reduce wear also available.

Full Width Distribution Bar
Additional full width bar stock hinge support increases hinge life by distributing loads throughout the leveler hinge.

Milled Lip Edge for Smooth Tire Rollover
Entire length of leveler lip edge tapered for smooth rollover and to reduce fork truck tire wear.

Four Gussets Are Standard
Four vertical steel gussets aid in supporting the leveler while in use reducing maintenance and increasing leveler life.

Heavy Duty Bumper Blocks are Standard
Each unit ships with 12x13 heavy duty bumper blocks with 4" thick Tuf-Cord rubber bumpers.
